EBS: 500--Internal Server Error In EBS Login Page (Doc ID 2898155.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to get the EBS login page
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.

OAcore outfile shows the following error message
----------------------------------------------------------

ORA-1017 Invalid username/password; logon denied

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Clone the environment
2. Start services
3. Try to get the login page, 'Error 500--Internal Server Error' message is seen instead of the login page
