ARHZ_API_BILL_TO_SITE_USE_F Error When Entering Requirement Line Details For A Parts Requirement (Doc ID 2898227.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Planner's Desktop

When attempting to enter the requirement line details for a parts requirement that has a 'Special' Ship To Address, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open Create Service Request form and create a new service request.
3. Go to Tasks tab and create a new task.
4. Assign the task to a resource.
5. Click on Parts button.
6. Create parts requirement with Special ship_to address in the Parts Requirement page that opens.
7. Enter the item, then try to enter requirement line details.
