Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Enterprise Command Center
When attempting to to access "Asset Reconciliations" tab on the Assets Dashboard, the following error occurs.
ERROR

You are not authorized to access the function FA_ECC_ASSET_REC. Please contact your System Administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fixed assets Responsibility.
2. Select Asset Command Center
