Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop failing with 'Error: No Tax Code associated to RATE level rule for Tax Category'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Order Management Responsibility, navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces
2.Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS'
