When attempting to cancel the Replenishment Move Orders from Transact Move Orders form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------
At least one move order line cannot be Cancelled/Closed.
Please make sure that the Move Order is of type Requisition or Replenishment and the line doesn't have any allocations at present.

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to Move Orders --> Transact Move Orders
3. Query for the Move Order
4. Go to Tools menu -> choose Cancel/Close
5. Form will show the mentioned error
