Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Accounting related

While trying to run the Receiving Value Report, it is going in a running state and getting completed after almost 22 hours. It is expected that the programme will be completed in a few minutes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Respsonbility
2. Navigate to Request > Submit  a new Request
3. Run Receiving Value Report
4. It keeps running for hours
