Claims Aging - Not Able to Drilldown to Claim Summary Page (Doc ID 2898948.1)

Customer has upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9. After upgrade, they are not able to drill down to claim summary for any claim aging bucket.

Steps followed:

1. Open TM responsibility
2. Open Claims Aging
3. Claim Aging page opens showing different buckets and amount in each bucket
4. Click on amount hyperlink for any customer or any aging bucket
    Doesn't open the claim page to show claim summary for the selected amount. It keeps on spinning and doesn't do any thing.
