Symptoms
Using CLM, when entering trying to create basic award using PO PDS Inbound, after G-INV patches were applied, the process is erroring out.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Apply G-INV patches in non prod instance.
2. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
3. Test the PO PDS Inbound using PDS file. Attempt to create a basic award
4. The process is erring out
