Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find there are duplicate records in the WSH_MODE_OF_TRANSPORT and WSH_SERVICE_LEVELS lookups.
This is preventing loading  of Ship Methods from EBS to Fusion Cloud in the required concatenated format.

For example:


Application_id Username DESCRIPTION
-------------- -------- ------------------------------
660 ONT Oracle Order Management Account
665 WSH Oracle Shipping Execution Account



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Expect that ship methods would be extracted in correct format without duplicate records and
load in GOP Fusion Cloud without issue.


STEPS
------------

1. Extract data from EBS
2. Load the data into Fusion GOP Cloud
