Goal

Is It Possible To Change The Font Size Of The Tool Tip Personalization Text?

Tooltip can be created in any self service page. One example  is given below

Navigation 

-----------

1. Login using "Application Developer" responsibility.

2. Navigate to Application -> Messages

3. Create a message under "Human Resource" Application.

4. Run the Concurrent Program "Generate Messages"

5. Navigate to Employee Self-Service -> Manage Payroll Payments -> Add Deposit Payment

6. Personalize the page to set tool tip against "Message Text Input: Payment Method"

7. Observe that the Tool Tip is visible in the page, but not able to change the font size of it.
