Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, ECC Inventory
When attempting to run ECC inv-reservations Data Set Incremental Load,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Inventory Reservation dateset from ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Navigation: > Item Manager > Item Catalog > Items Dashboard > See error
