Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Payment Process Request (PPR) template the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found

To create a payment process request template

  1. From a Payables responsibility navigate to Payments -> Entry -> Payment Manager
  2. Click on the "Templates" tab
  3. Click the "Create" button
  4. Fill in any desired info
  5. Click Apply
