Replenishment Task Type Cartonizes Move Order Allocation Updates Incorrectly (Doc ID 2899336.1)

Symptoms

Replenishment move orders are cartonizaed if the View/Update Allocations button is selected in the Transact Move Order form and if Save is selected. This occurs even if no changes are made.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Min/Max Planning Concurrent Request for a subinventory
2. Run Move order pick release to create tasks
3. Navigate to Move Orders>Transact Move Order form and select View/Update Allocations and Save.
