OTL Preferences - "Self Service Timecard Status That Allows User Edits" Does Not have a parameter For Months (Doc ID 2899392.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 06, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Time and Labor - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

OTL Preferences - "Self Service Timecard Status that Allows User Edits" takes into consideration the Past number of days and future number of days.

We need to set the edit values by months.

For example:

IF OTL Preferences - Self Service Timecard Status that Allows User Edits had parameters like-> Past number of months = 1 and Future number of months =1, then as of today if the month is September the employees inheriting this Preference would be able to edit the all the Timecards for the MONTH of AUG (PAST) and Month of OCT (FUTURE) ,instead of converting to days which would either be 30 or 31 days both ways.
