Symptoms

The Consolidated Invoice Review page has no Export functionality, though the Export can be performed on the View Consolidated Invoice Details and Lines Pages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Responsibility:  Projects Super User
2.  Project:Billing | Consolidated Invoice Review
3.  Search Consolidated Invoices | Does not have an 'Export' button
4.  View Consolidated Invoice details | There is an 'Export' button
5.  Drilling into the Invoice, View Consolidated Invoice details | Lines Tab | There is an 'Export' button
