On : 12.2.11 version, Repair Execution
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying any Depot Repair patch with the file $CSD_TOP/patch/115/sql/csdvhvjb.pls version 120.65.12020000.54 or higher.
Creating Jobs from Depot Repair is not adding components to WIP jobs.
The profile option "CSD: Default Service Order Item as Material on Job" is set to YES at both Site Responsibility Level for the Depot Repair responsibility.
The following error is found in the FND Debug logs.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("WIP"."WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS"."WIP_SUPPLY_TYPE").

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a Job from the Depot Repair Responsibility
View the job from Jobs tab "Components button " the material is not populating the items under Components

Applied a Depot Repair patch with $CSD_TOP/patch/115/sql/csdvhvjb.pls version 120.65.12020000.54 or higher.
