Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After upgrading from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10, the value entered in "Region of Birth" field is empty on People form (PERWSHRG)

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10
2. Go to HRMS Manager Responsibility
3. Navigate to Enter and Maintain
4. Select one person -> Check 'Region of Birth' field-> There is no value
