Symptoms

When trying to restore one Site Business Purpose the error bellow occurs.

 

Responsibility: Receivables Manager

Navigation: Create/Maintain Customers

STEPS
1. Query customer based on Registry Id
2. Click on account details for an Account Number
3. Click on details for one site
4. Click on Business Purposes tab
5. Inactive purposes queried
6. More than one business purpose is listed
7. When it is tried to restore one business purpose -> the error occurs
