Getting Error while Saving the Reporting codes details in Third Party Registration form.

Reporting code of same reporting type cannot be duplicated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Party registration > Third party registration.
2. Query a supplier.
3. Go to reporting code setup tab and define a reporting code for the third party registration.
4. Error encountered.

Error started occurring after upgrading database to 19c
