Symptoms

When attempting to respond to the notification from "Online Discussion Message for RFQ XXXX",
the following error appears:

ERROR
----------
You are not authorized to access the function Sourcing Notification Link Redirect Page. Please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Sign in to the EBS Application
2. Access the Notification Worklist on the Homepage.
3. Click on the notification with text "Online Discussion Message for RFQ XXXX"
4. Error appears while clicking on the hyperlink under text "To respond to this message. Please click here"
