Element Input Validation (Fast Formula) returns 'Caution' Instead of 'Error' (Doc ID 290060.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Created simple Element Input Validation fast formula.

It was showing 'Error' for a particular condition last month.

Now, the same fast formula (no changes) in the same instance raises a 'soft error'(Caution) instead of a 'fatal error' and allows the user the save the record even if they haven't corrected the problem.
