PO corrections Failed with below errors.

ERRORS
-----------------------

WMSINB-24588:Lot/Serial validation failed

RVTTH-115j: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> Receiving -> Corrections

2. Query with PO number to perform Correction at Receiving.

3. Enter mandatory fields and save.

4. Navigate to Transaction status summary form and query with PO

5. Observe the stuck records with above errors
