Credit Management workflows (ARCMGTAP) are ending in error with the following message:

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Order Management
: Sales Orders

  1. Create a sales order that goes on order hold.
  2. Run the Workflow Background Process for ARCMGTAP
  3. Note that the workflow ends in error and no case folder is created.
