Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lease Portfolio Detail Report doubles amounts for the current month compare to the previous month when there is an overlapping periods with 445 calendar.

Eg:  DEC-21 period ends on 2-JAN-22 and JAN-22 period ends on 30-JAN-2022

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the amounts to be similar similar each month.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manager responsibility
2. Other > Request > Run > Portfolio Details Report
