Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Materials Management

Actual behavior

When the user is trying to move the data through shipping interface, he notices that the on hand quantity becomes negative.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping->Interfaces->Run.
3. Log into the Inventory responsibility.
4. Review On-Hand form which shows Available to Reserve (ATR) and Available to Transact (ATT) as 0
