ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicated Action History in Award Approval

in Award notifications there are a duplication of records at award Approval History at Approval Notification level


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect no duplicate of records

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EBS login > Worklist
2. Open up Notification Approval Required: Award Recommendation for RFQ
3. In Action History region of notification it is noted duplicate actions shown

Recent change Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
