Cost Adjustments Report Ends With Error: Failed to write core dump (Doc ID 2901178.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Cost Adjustment Report the following error occurs.

JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (7.0_261-b07) (build 1.7.0_261-b07)
#Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (24.261-b07 mixed mode linux-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# C [librw.so+0x2ca307] rwffdteval+0x255
#
# Failed to write core dump. Core dumps have been disabled. To enable core dumping, try "ulimit -c unlimited" before starting Java again
#
# An error report file with more information is saved as:
# /gbprdSHR/oracle/GBPRD/conc/log/hs_err_pid127897.log

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation:
1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. View-->Requests -->Submit Cost Adjustment report
3. Error shows in the log file.
