Symptoms

After applying a patch, when creating a Sublines via the APIs, all Sublines (LSE_ID = 13) are missing for all the Usage lines (LSE_ID = 12), The following error occurs when running the API.

ERROR
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package create_subline_line Procedure OKS_IMPORT_SUBLINE_PUB

STEPS
1. Use the API OKS_IMPORT_SUBLINE_PUB to create a subline for a Usage line
2. Get the indicated error and the subline is not added to the Usage line.

Changes

 Applied patch 34393008:R12.OKS.C but other patches might cause the issue as well.
