[Mobile BI Publisher] PDF File Downloaded From BI Publisher At Android Mobile Just Show A Blank (Doc ID 2901309.1)

Symptoms

When tried to view the PDF report output generated from Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher URL in Android mobile (Xiaomi, Samsung), using Chrome browser it is showing blank
But at the same link, when copied and download from Chrome browser on Desktop/Laptop, could see the report output

Steps to reproduce the issue
-------------------------
Step 1:Access BI Publisher URL from browser of Android device

Step 2: Run any BI Publisher report

Step 3: At BI Publisher screen show "Report complete" and view with PDF file

Step 3: Open tired to view the generated PDF file it shows blank with no data.
