Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to perform the receiving in iProcurement, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------

Receipt cannot be created for the selected items because of one of the following reasons:
-The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.

PO_INTERAFCE_ERRORS shows the following error:

ERROR_MESSAGE_NAME : RCV_PENDING_DELIVERY_FAILED
TABLE_NAME : RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Go to Receiving > Select the Requisition
3. Try to receive
4. The error apepars
5. Run the below SQL query to verify the error details in PO_INTERAFCE_ERRORS   
   select * from po_interface_errors
   where interface_transaction_id in
   (select interface_transaction_id from rcv_transactions_interface where PO_HEADER_ID =&po_header_id)
