On : 12.2.10 version, Configured Timecard Layouts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to enter a timecard, Expenditure Type list of values in blank. This happens for any selected Project.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Applicable list of values should be made available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Self Service Timecard Responsibility
2. Go to Create Timecard
3. Select Project and Type LOV has no values.
