Goal

After upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.11, Sourcing and Procurement contract types are missing under the Contract Workbench Administrator Contract Types lookup. The following contract types are missing: 1. Auction, 2. Bid, 3. Contract Purchase Agreement, 4. RFI, RFI response, RFQ, Sourcing Quote, Standard PO etc
