ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There is difference in Pre-Payments amount and amount paid displayed in Statement of Earnings.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both should have same amount in SOE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new element with classification 'Deductions'

2. Run Quickpay and Pre-Payments

3. Check SOE
