When Running RGRARG: Financial Statement Generator, Can See Invalid Conditions Applied To FSG Report Log File and Wrong Ending Balances for Accounts With "T" Segment Values (Doc ID 2902015.1)

Symptoms

When running RGRARG: Financial Statement Generator, observed that having incorrect total amount for the related accounts assigned to specific Segment Value.

Ending Balance From FSG report output, the total amount of Ending Balance for range of accounts using Cost Segment Value "T"  is  -503.00,
but the total amount Ending Balance for the same range of accounts using Cost Segment Value "T"  is 503.00 in the output of the Account Analysis 132 Char report.

Observed the problem is appearing only for the range of accounts using Cost Element Segment Value T.  The rest of the amounts for other cost elements segment values are correct.

From log file of RGRARG: Financial Statement Generator, the following conditions were observed for the related segment used in Row Set:
Segment: STEST_COST ELEMENT
  Greater than or equal to B and less than or equal to S
  Greater than or equal to TB and less than or equal to U

with the below condition used in rgrgdt.rgrgdt: Data query from the related log file of RGRARG: Financial Statement Generator:

No security rules exist for this flexfield Segment: STEST_COST ELEMENT.
