Observed that, Position LOV does not have any values in the Assignment form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that, Position LOV should have values in the Assignment form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS Manager Responsibility

2. Navigate to People--> Enter and Maintain

3. Query the Employee

4. Click on the Assignment Button

5. Enter the Organization and Job and click on the Position Search

6. There is no record showing for the Position
