ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No agreement found with existing effective date agreements in iSupplier Portal even though it exists
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the agreement with the From and To Effective dates to be returned
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Portal Full Access > iSupplier Home
2. Orders tab > Agreements > Supplier Agreements
3. Simple Search > no criteria and BPA number
4. BPA is returned with Effective-From Date and Effective-To Date
for date 08/01/2022
5. Simple Search > Enter Effective-From Date and Effective-To Date
for same date 08/01/2022
6. No records returned for the same from and to effective dates
Changes
Environment is upgraded to R12.2
