Symptoms
When submitting "Invoice Electronic Listing for Italy" request, the tax amount and taxable amount
fields are incorrectly displayed in the XML output of the report.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Italian AP Localization Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "Invoice Electronic Listing for Italy".
