Using Purchasing, Version 12.2.9
The closing or cancelling of the purchasing document is taking more than five minutes.
Users anticipate that control actions like cancelling or closing should be carried out quickly—not after waiting five minutes.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the application - purchasing - purchase orders summary
2. Proceed to query the purchasing document.
3. Choose the top text menu - tools/control
4. Select the close or cancel action and choose OK
5. The user is then waiting for 5 minutes or more for the process to complete.
