Error when Sales user creates new contact/person with existing name: You are trying to access a page that is no longer active. (Doc ID 2902338.1)

Symptoms

"Create New Person" and "Create New Contact" pages under Sales User responsibility show the
following error when working with "Use Existing Person" (or "Use Existing Contact") options:

 

Error:
You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
The referring page may have come from a previous session.
Please select Close Window to proceed.

This error has been observed in the following scenarios:

1. When creating a new contact and expanding two existing contacts Root Nodes at the same time.
2. When trying to sort existing contacts in Ascending or Descending Order.

 




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. N: Sales User -> Customers -> Search for existing Customer with multiple contacts of the same name
2. Click customer name to open
3. Click ‘Contacts’ tab
4. Click ‘Create Contact’ button
5. Enter first and last name of exiting contact
6. Click 'Apply'.
7. Expand first record
8. Close current record or expand another record
9. Receive error.
