Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Integrated SOA Gateway and 19c Database version
When attempting to deploy BOM_BO_PUB API as REST service,
the following error occurs in the application.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to E-Business Suite
2. Navigate to Integrated SOA Gateway responsibility
3. Query for BOM_BO_PUB API and deploy as REST service to encounter the error.
