ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction numbers are getting duplicated for Manual AR as well as Imported AR transaction for Taiwan Localization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expects transaction number not to be duplicated.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Navigate to Oracle Receivables.
2. Query the transaction created manually as well as the one which are imported.
3. Verify Transaction number.
