Future Pay Sweep Program - Performance Issue with Receipt Number LOV (Doc ID 2902673.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that when trying to run the Future Pay Sweep Process using the receipt number parameter, performance issue is observed with Receipt number LOV. Clicking the ellipsis to find the receipt number takes several minutes to return data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the LOV to return data right away.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to lease.
2. Then navigate to Operations > Processing> New Request.
3. Enter Program name> Future Pay Sweep Program and click the ellipsis for the receipt number parameter to get the LOV. It shows performance when returning values from LOV.
