Update Timecard From Timekeeper Errors "Unable To Derive Operating Unit For Worker." if There is a Future Assignment Change. (Doc ID 2902713.1)

Symptoms

Timekeeper cannot update timecard If there is a future assignment change  and they receive the following error

 "Unable to derive Operating Unit for worker."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to HRMS manager >People>Assignment> Set effective date  a future-dated update on the employee record (e.g. Effective 01-JUN-2022) and update  any of assignment data.

2- On 31-MAY-2022 (the day before the effective date), Navigate to Super timekeeper and try to update the timecard for this employee , getting the error 

3-On the effective date (01-JUN-2022). Navigate to Super timekeeper and try to update the timecard for this employee it works without any error
