If Documents in ECE_Stage Table Are Deleted, Will They Be Recovered When ECTRIGO: Triggering Process Outbound (DSNO) Is Run Again? (Doc ID 2902740.1)

Symptoms

ECTRIGO: Triggering Process Outbound (DSNO)concurrent program failed with the following error:


ECTRIGO ERROR

ORACLE error 6510 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_DOCUMENT", line 362
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_OUTBOUND", line 875
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_OUTBOUND", line 715
......
Encountered execution error for Custom Procedure : WSH_ECE_VIEWS_DEF.GET_CROSS_REFERENCE.
Program level EC_EXECUTION_UTILS.RUNPROC: SQL error message ORA-01403: no data found.
Program level EC_UTILS.EXECUTE_PROC: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and try again.
SQL error message User-Defined Exception.



NOTE that the above error indicates that the Seed Data Reconciliation program should be run for the WSH_DSNO_FF map.
Upon running the Seed Data Reconciliation program, the following error is raised:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Program  ECTRIGO Outbound Triggering Process (TRANSACTION_TYPE=DSNO
2. As per Oracle <Doc:ID 2030563.1> and <Doc:ID 1416253.1>, initial error is resolved by running
the Seed Data Reconciliation program for Tansaction type DSNO but this also errored with
documents are still in staging tables.
