Version 12.2.11

Q. Is it possible to change the sequence for the Item Type in Non-Catalog request?

Details;
Requisition Item Type (LOV) List of Values is Displayed, we would like to change.
After upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.11 and the item type descriptions are different and not in sequence.
How do we correct the sequence?
