Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Reports

When attempting to run the OPM Material Planner - MPS Unbucketed Material Report ,
the following error is seen in the log file.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00001: unique constraint (GMP.PS_MATL_HDR_PK) violated
Error writing to HeaderORA-00001: unique constraint (GMP.PS_MATL_HDR_PK) violated

STEPS
--------
1. Run the report (OPM Material Planner responsibility > MPS > Reports > Print MPS Activity)
2. The error is printed in the report log file (View > Requests > Find > View Log).
