Symptoms
Concurrent program "India-GSTIN Inbound Process" Completes In Error and as a result, QR code data is not inserted into JAI_IRN_DETAILS table.

Error encountered on Tax Invoice Number(s) XXXXXXXXXX. Error : Check RECORD_TYPE_CODE and REMARKS for details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Responsibility: Oracle Financial of India.
2. Goto Settlement Management ->Review Tax Repository -> Upload JSON file.
3. Run the concurrent - India-GSTIN Inbound Process.
4. Request ends in error.
