LDAP(OID) Admin User Unable to Access the Administration Page and associated other roles are not displayed under the Security Configuration (Doc ID 2903129.1)

Symptoms

Admin unable to access the Administration page link and admin/non-admin users unable to see the other roles and permissions created from LDAP(OID) application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1.Install and configure the OID Ldap integration for Authorization BIP-->Security Configuration-->Scroll Down to Authorization Section-->Select

Security model=LDAP
Group Member Attribute Name= uniquemember
Member of Group Attribute Name=memberOf
Ldap Cache Interval=3
Ldap Cache Interval Unit=Hours

on below version:
OID LDAP Version: 12.2.1.4.0
BIP: 12.2.5.9.0


2. Create following groups on the OID application.
XMLP_ADMIN
XMLP_DEVELOPER
XMLP_SCHEDULER
XMLP_TEMPLATE_DESIGNER
3. Assign the created roles to the Admin user.
3.1 Now,Login to BIP application navigate to My account, the Admin user can't see the Administration link.
3.2 My Account-->My Groups--> the page was empty, but it was expected that the XMLP_roles to listed here.
3.3 Due to this admin user unable to access the Roles and Permission Page under Security Configuration to add a new datasource.
3.4 Also can't see any reports to modify the report permissions and folder permissions.

4. Assign XMLP_DEVELOPER role to a non admin user.
4.1 Login to BIP application no reports can see under any folder.

5. Create new custom role say, CUSTOM_XMLP_DEVELOPER, add this to XMLP_DEVELOPER,add non admin user and retest the Point#4.
