Symptoms

Responsibility: US HRMS MANAGER:
Profile Option: HR: National Identifier Validation ="No Validation"

  1. Query employee in People Enter and Maintain form
  2. Change the SS# to one already in system.
  3. Save form.
  4. ERROR : Social Security Number Already Exists. with an OK button.
  5. Does not allow update to the form
