Symptoms
Compilation of PAUPGRRL.rdf "UPG: Upgrade Resource List To Planning Resource List" failed for all languages installed.
Applied ECC patches, then Oracle Reports object PAUPGRRL.rdf did not generate successfully:
Patch worker log shows error:
Generating report "PAUPGRRL.rdf" with command:
Converting '/p01/<xxx>/appl/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/reports/US/PAUPGRRL.rdf' to '/p01/<xxx>/appl/fs1/EBSapps/appl/admin/<xxx>/out/tmp026.rdf'...

/p01/<xxx>/appl/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/reports/US/PAUPGRRL.rdf
Steps:
------
1. Apply ECC patch 32922430
2. Check the AD worker log file to see uncompiled reports.
3. Log into applications, change to 'Projects Superuser Responsibility'
4. Select Run> Request. Try to select 'UPG: Upgrade Resource List To Planning Resource List', which is not in the list.
